Represents the booking of a stand by an exhibitor.

Fields​

ExhibitionBooking.bookedOn ● LocalDate scalar​

The date the exhibition booking was booked. Optional.

ExhibitionBooking.bookingType ● ExhibitionBookingType! non-null enum​

The type of exhibition booking.

ExhibitionBooking.brochures ● [Brochure!]! non-null object​

A list of brochures associated with the exhibition stand.

ExhibitionBooking.companyLogo ● Image object​

The logo of the company hosting the exhibition stand. Optional.

ExhibitionBooking.construction ● ExhibitionConstructionType! non-null enum​

The type of construction requested when the exhibition was booked.

ExhibitionBooking.createdAt ● DateTime! non-null scalar​

The date and time the record was created.

ExhibitionBooking.createdBy ● String scalar​

UTF-8 string value that represents the username of the user who created the record. Optional.

ExhibitionBooking.customFields ● [CustomField!]! non-null object​

A list of custom field values associated with this exhibition booking.

CustomFields and CustomFieldDefinitions can be matched through the definitionId and id fields, respectively.

See CustomFieldSearchFilterInput for details on how the optional input argument can be used to filter custom fields.

Optionally, the offset and limit arguments can be used to page through multiple items:

  • offset must be a non-negative integer (defaults to 0).
  • limit must be a positive integer from 1 to 2000 (defaults to 100).

ExhibitionBooking.exhibitor ● Contact! non-null object​

The exhibitor who booked the stand.

The exhibition booking fee including both the amount and currency.

The unique identifier for the booking.

ExhibitionBooking.lastModifiedAt ● DateTime! non-null scalar​

The date and time the record was last modified.

ExhibitionBooking.lastModifiedBy ● String scalar​

UTF-8 string value that represents the username of the user who last modified the record. Optional.

ExhibitionBooking.meetingDiaries ● [MeetingDiary!]! non-null object​

The meeting diaries associated with this exhibition booking.

ExhibitionBooking.meetingDiary ● MeetingDiary! non-null object​

Retrieves a meeting diary by its identifier. Throws an error with code NOT_FOUND if no meeting diary is found.

ExhibitionBooking.meetingDiary.id ● ID! non-null scalar​

ExhibitionBooking.meetingPreferences ● [ExhibitionBookingToRegistrationMeetingPreference!]! non-null object​

The meeting preferences for this exhibition booking.

ExhibitionBooking.profile ● String scalar​

The profile of the company hosting the exhibition stand. Optional.

ExhibitionBooking.stand ● ExhibitionStand object​

The booked stand. Optional.

NOTE: This is nullable as there's a feature in the exhibition area where exhibitors can book a stand type instead of an actual stand, for example they'll book a "Standard table" instead of "Stand #1" which is of type "Standard table".

Event organizers can then assign stands to exhibitors by going to Express Actions => Exhibition Stand Allocation

The status of the exhibition booking.
